The Incubaker LLC is USDA inspected facility, Establishment 51328/P-51328. We are currently under a conditional grant as we validate our HACCP plan.
At The Incubaker we have a cross functional food safety team that is trained in HACCP, PCQI, and SQF.
The Incubaker conducts yearly 3rd party audits that are available to all customers and we are on target to achieve SQF certification by 2019.
We are not a certified gluten free or organic facility.
